JP110 CEMENT MORTAR SPRAYING MACHINE (LARGE OUTPUT)
JP110 is a large displacement mortar spraying machine, especially suitable for the fabricated light steel integrated building gypsum-based insulation mortar facade wall spraying and wall filling, prefabricated wall casting process. It is a kind of high-performance machine which is able to pump all kinds of thermal insulation mortar and achieve bonding, spraying operations. It has the advantages of high conveying pressure, high speed, large displacement, long pumping distance, easy pumping large granular mortar, and no damage to light insulation granule material (polystyrene foam beads, vitrified micro beads, etc.). It is suitable for spraying ready-mixed mortar and mixed sand mortar. Apply to plastering mortar, insulation mortar, bonded mortar, fiber mortar, facing mortar, interface mortar, floor mortar, fire mortar, refractory mortar, self-leveling mortar, masonry mortar, reinforced mortar, fill mortar and pouring mortar delivery and spraying. Be built with the screw pump anti-wear control mechanism, which has a function of direct separation of the screw stator and rotor on machine, adjusting the output and remote control function.
