JP15 SPECIAL MORTAR SPRAYING MACHINE
JP15 is the application of modern technology. It is automatic equipment which is applied to pump conveying, spraying pre-mixed gypsum-based mortar or cement-based mortar. With metering water supply, pressure sensor integrated, remote control, set mixing, pump conveying, spraying functions into one. It has the characteristics of continuous work, stable working performance, uniform mixing, excellent effect, easy structure, easy dismantling, simple cleaning, light weight, small size, easy to carry and so on. It is applicable to gypsum-based mortar, cement-based mortar. Also it is applicable to insulation, waterproof, refractory, perfusion, reinforcement, filling, bonding, fiber, floor all kinds of polymer mortar. The configuration of self-suction pump and large displacement air compressor makes itself more suitable for high viscosity slurry coating. The most important feature is that the wear resistance of the mixing shaft in a special structure is now in the forefront of international counterparts.
